NSN provides daily tech support to identify and resolve issues as they arise and plan for special situations that arise.
With NSN, you’ll get the type of support you need based on your situation and your budget. We’re always flexible to your needs – if you want us onsite, we’ll be there. If you’d prefer a less costly approach, we can monitor remotely.
But no matter what, we’ll be there for you with help desk support, monitoring, emergency support, proactive maintenance and backup verification.
Onsite Help Desk
NSN can provide you with an onsite help desk including an online helpdesk ticketing system with up to the minute status.
Your employees can get help whenever they need it – from an expert NSN staff person right in your office, or from a NSN staff working remotely. The choice is yours!
Once onsite, NSN works seamlessly with your employees, helping them resolve problems and learn how to work more productively in the future.
Emergency Service
When a problem occurs, you want it fixed – FAST.
At NSN, we’ll respond to your emergency immediately. We recognize that any downtime of your tech systems hurts your ability to serve your clients who rely so heavily on you. We understand that losing your web-based systems interferes with your ability to perform case management, process benefit applications for your clients and access your critical accounting systems.
Often, NSN will be able to diagnosis and repair your problem remotely. But if an onsite visit is needed, we’ll dispatch the next available technician to come handle the problem in person.
Scheduled Support
Depending on your needs, you may already know that at certain times a month, certain days every week or certain hours every day, you’ll need some additional tech support.
In such a case, you can arrange to have a technician onsite at that precise time to handle your specific needs.
You can designate precisely when you want to receive remote support and when you want a technician onsite. As your needs or staff change, you can adjust this schedule as necessary. At NSN, we’re always flexible and responsive to your tech support needs.
Training
NSN can provide training to your employees to help them work more productively and efficiently.
Our training sessions are designed to assist users in either one-on-one or group settings via onsite or webinar.
Your staff will discover how to accomplish tasks, complete projects and handle problems, so that the level of knowledge within your organization continues to grow.
If you have an IT staff of your own, we’ll help them become more effective and useful to the organization. If you don’t, we can effectively take the place of your IT staff – giving the training directly to your employees so that they can be more productive.
